What You’ll Do:
- Speak with potential new hires and represent our company with kindness and professionalism
- Schedule and confirm interview appointments for multiple offices
- Follow up and resolve any interview changes or conflicts
- Maintain accurate reports, data tracking, and scheduling logs
- Help coordinate staff coverage to ensure smooth operations across all offices
- Work both remotely and on-site as needed
