Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Armed and Unarmed Security person to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, incident reporting , and ensure excellent customer service. Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations
- Train and mentor team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
- Conduct interviews and assist with hiring decisions
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Implement strategies to meet sales targets
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of administrative tasks such as payroll and scheduling
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in team management and store operations
