Position Overview:
As a Fire Watch Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of the premises by monitoring for potential fire hazards and responding to emergency situations. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding property and maintaining a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor for fire hazards, safety violations, or suspicious activity.
- Maintain a vigilant presence to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to alarms or emergency situations and follow established protocols.
- Communicate effectively with property management, emergency services, and team members.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, observations, and incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to visitors and staff.
