The Front Desk Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4pm-7pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and adhering to appointments in a timely manner, with all necessary supplies provided.
- Welcoming clients in a warm and friendly manner, escorting them to treatment rooms, and thanking them sincerely on departure.
- Ensuring compliance with local and state regulations regarding licensing and certification.
- Performing professional consultations to determine patient goals and objectives, and recommending suitable treatments and home care regimens.
- Advising clients on available services and products, maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell spa and salon services.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in patient electronic health records.
- Developing a patient base through referrals and marketing efforts, including contributing to marketing brochures and ads.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- State licensure or certification to practice in the field.
- 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficient in performing all applicable tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Able to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to strict protocols.
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
