Role Overview: The Commercial Project Manager will lead and oversee the successful execution of various commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning and budgeting to final closeout and client handover. This role will ensure adherence to legal standards, safety regulations, building codes, following standard project controls, and maintaining daily logs/records. Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Strategy Development
- Develops and manages comprehensive project plans, teams and strategies.
- Assist in creating detailed strategies for the project team.
Scheduling and Coordination
- Develop and manage project timelines; effectively address any delays.
- Coordinate various aspects of the construction process.
- Ensure all tasks are correctly sequenced and aligned.
Progress and Budget Reporting
- Provide regular updates on project status both internally and externally.
- Report on budgetary issues and financial performance.
- Communicate any challenges or changes in the project.
Timeline and Cost Estimation, Budgeting, and Contract Negotiation
- Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates and project timelines.
- Assist in developing and managing project budgets.

On-site Management and Delay Resolution

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction, often in supervisory roles.
- OSHA 30 Certification
