Automotive Sales Assistant – Full-Time (Growth Opportunity!)

Location : Eden Prairie, MN

Compensation : Hourly to start, with potential for bonuses, commission, and PTO after 60 days

Schedule : 40 hours / week, Saturdays required (rotating schedule with Sundays off one additional day off)

With plans to expand to another location soon, we’re looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Assistant to join our team, learn the business, and grow into a sales or management role.

About the Role :

This is an entry-level position with huge potential for advancement into a full-time sales, finance manager, or sales manager role. You'll start by assisting our sales manager (owner) with daily tasks to keep the dealership running smoothly, while also learning the sales process.

Responsibilities :

Assist with administrative and dealership operations, including :

• Mailing out license plates, preparing deal folders, and handling title work
• Picking up vehicles from mechanics and taking them to car washes
• Organizing vehicles on the lot and hanging window tags
• Taking photos of vehicles for online listings

Customer Interaction & Sales Training :

No prior sales or auto industry experience required – willing to train the right person!
