Description
The Director of Integrated Marketing will be a key contributor to planning, activating, and executing our partner campaigns across the full Front Office Sports ecosystem. Hands-on with our clients, this person must have exceptional attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and a strong creative point of view. In the role, you will work very closely with cross-functional departments, including Account Management, Creative Strategy, and Sales, to lead the execution of day-to-day marketing operations related to our brand partner campaigns to drive meaningful engagement and results.
The role requires an experienced digital marketer who has a passion for big ideas, strategy, world-class client service, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated leader with a track record of driving creative collaboration, developing innovative marketing strategies, and delivering best-in-class campaigns that connect with consumers, deliver results for advertisers, and help drive new and recurring revenue.
This person should have a knack for leading multiple projects simultaneously and taking the initiative on all marketing-related tasks and projects on any campaign. Experience across branded and sponsored content, social, video, high-impact media, events, and other digital media solutions is a must.
The Director of Integrated Marketing will work closely with and report to the VP, Integrated Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within a Regional "Pod," inclusive of Account Management and Sales, with support from Creative Strategy
- Lead marketing strategy for partner campaigns, including but not limited to production briefs (branded and sponsored content), content and social programming, paid social, advertising and social copy, and more
- Lead the procurement, management, and handling of talent for partner campaigns
- Manage third-party vendors to support the planning and execution of custom content campaigns
- Support in the pre-production planning of content shoots, creative direction, and producing onsite
- Lead the internal and external feedback process on all creative output and assets (content, social, events) to ensure content meets brand and partner standards
- Lead client communications for campaign activation and production responsibilities
- Work with Account Management, Audience, and AdOps teams to maximize campaign performance across digital channels, including consumer targeting, performance marketing, and content optimization
- Collaborate with Account Management to produce compelling campaign recaps and case studies
