We are hiring Entry-Level Business Development Representatives to master direct sales strategies, achieve sales goals, and prepare for leadership. Through our structured training program, you’ll gain hands-on experience, develop leadership capabilities, and transition into a Project Manager role overseeing multiple departments.
Training & Growth Timeline
First 6 Weeks:
- Master direct sales techniques and relationship management.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to enhance results.
- Build resilience and adaptability in a goal-driven environment.
Next 3 Months:
- Develop leadership skills by training and mentoring team members.
- Set and achieve team sales goals.
- Gain exposure to campaign strategy and operational decision-making.
Final 2 Months:
