What You’ll Do
Direct Sales (First 6 Months):
Engage in various sales mediums, including B2B, door-to-door, retail sales, festivals, and trade shows.
Meet and exceed quotas while honing your sales expertise.
Team Management (Post Development):
Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing sales team.
Lead by example and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment.
Project Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution across sales initiatives.
