Position Overview
We're looking for driven go-getters ready to launch their careers as Entry-Level Project Coordinators with a sales focus. No experience? No problem! 3-8 Months of Training & Career Acceleration
🔹 Phase 1: Master sales strategies, customer acquisition, and performance metrics through real-world experience. Build confidence and resilience.
🔹 Phase 2: Step into leadership—set goals, lead teams, and drive growth.
🔹 Phase 3: Expand into business fundamentals, including finance, payroll, legal compliance, and strategic decision-making.

Compensation & Perks
- Training Period: Earn between $37,000 - $75,000 in your first year with base salary, bonuses, and commission.
- After Training: Boost your income with potential annual earnings of $120,000 - $200,000 as a Consultant.
