Location: Beaufort County, SC (servicing Bluffton, Hilton Head, and surrounding areas)

Compensation: 60% of trip fee per ride

Availability: Flexible schedule, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

As a driver for Front Porch AirLink, you will provide transportation services to and from the airport for local residents and visitors. Success in this role is measured by your ability to deliver safe, timely, and courteous transportation, ensuring each passenger has a smooth and pleasant experience. This role is vital to the company as it supports the seamless travel of our customers, ensuring they arrive at their destinations comfortably and on time.

• Your SUV is kept clean, well-maintained, and fully operational to meet company and customer standards.
• You are flexible and dependable, able to accommodate a variety of schedules, including early morning and late-night rides.
• You communicate effectively with both customers and the Front Porch AirLink team, ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Safe Transportation: Drive passengers to and from the airport and other designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
• Customer Service Excellence: Offer exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with luggage and ensuring their ride is comfortable and pleasant.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep your SUV clean and in excellent condition. Make sure it is always ready for passenger transport.
• Schedule Management: Use the company’s booking system to manage your schedule and ensure on-time pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Professional Communication: Interact courteously with passengers and the team, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Compliance with Safety Regulations: Follow all local traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe transport for passengers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Vehicle Ownership: Must own a clean, reliable SUV suitable for passenger transport.
• Valid Driver’s License: Must hold a current, valid driver’s license in South Carolina.
• Clean Driving Record: A clean driving record with no major violations in the last three years.
• Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a hotel front desk role is highly preferred.
• Vehicle Insurance: Must carry valid auto insurance that meets or exceeds state requirements.
• Background Check: Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
• Knowledge of the Area: Familiarity with Hilton Head, Bluffton, Beaufort, and surrounding areas is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with passengers.
• Physical Ability: Able to assist passengers with luggage, up to 50 lbs.
• Technology: Must have access to a smartphone and be comfortable using the company’s app for scheduling and communication.
• Professional Appearance: Present a neat, professional appearance when interacting with passengers.
