What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher position at Front Porch Communities and Services?
Spring Lake Village
The Dishwasher is responsible:*For ensuring dishes and utensils are returned to kitchen, cleansed, sanitized and properly stored.
*Breaking down kitchen for cleanup.
*Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and dining areas including sinks, washing machines, tables, cooking ranges, shelves, cabinets, etc.
*Empties trash/recycling from kitchen.
*Ensures that water is at the correct temperature to ensure optimum cleaning, rinsing and sanitizing, and maintains temperature and level of sanitizer logs.
*Transports food trays to residents, ensuring that the correct temps are maintained during transportation.
*Assists cooks as needed.
*Other duties as assigned by Executive Chef.
