Front Porch of Bowdon is looking to hire an outstanding new Marketing Coordinator to join our 24 person strong team!

We are located on501 Mitchell Ave in downtown Bowdon GA.Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, hard-working, and above all else, caring and compassionate. Duties involve identifying community partners and events to promote our services, communicate with potential residents, reach out to hospitals and doctors offices to make connections, be available for tours to prospective residents, manage resident leads and provide a marketing plan and data.

Schedule

Position able to have flexible hours with a hybrid work schedule to qualified candidates. Total weekly hours negotiable. Must be available to be on site for applicable responsibilities and to develop a rapport with coworkers. Must be available for scheduled tours during the week and weekend, as needed and within reason.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Become deeply engrained with local Bowdon community to promote our services and promote community engagement of organization.
  • Identify all local influence centers (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living w / rehab or respite care, doctors offices and other health providers) to determine lead sources.
  • Personally visit and arrange meetings with persons responsible for or in a position to refer clients, this includes private, public and non-profit organizations.
  • Arrange presentations of companys services at staff meetings in hospitals, nursing homes, doctors offices and private companies.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events representing companys services. Network with others in the industry to develop additional lead sources.
  • Develop sales opportunities, promoting a positive image of the company in the community and representing company at community functions and professional organizations.
  • Be available during the week and weekends, within reason, to do tours for potential residents and their families.
  • Maintain our "demo" room and work to receive feedback from tours
  • Assist Community Director with communicating with the public, current or previous residents, help address family concerns.
  • Develop a marketing strategy for the organization and collect data on marketing campaigns and leads

Minimum Requirements

  • Be a caring, compassionate, and reliable person who loves working with elders.
  • Be at least 18 years old and be eligible to work in the US.
  • Have a high school diploma, GED. Degree in marketing or related field a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, ability to build rapport and display sincerity and compassion.
  • Self-motivation is a must along with passion for meeting new people and making sales calls.
  • Experience in health care, home care, or pharmaceutical sales is a plus.
  • At least one year experience in customer service, hospitality, marketing, or related field.
  • Must possess high level of initiative and self-sufficiency in accomplishing responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
  • Computer proficiency mandatory : use of MS Office, EMRs, CRMs, and be comfortable learning new software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sound decision-making skills based upon company policies and philosophy.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills.
  • Must possess a positive, high-energy, team player attitude.
  • Be able to pass a state-mandated background and finger print check
  • Be able to lift 30 pounds, stand on feet for extended periods of time
  • American Heart Association BLS (CPR) certification, or willing to get prior to starting work
  • Complete all new hire training requirements within 30 days of hire
  • Be able to pass a Drug Free Workplace new hire urine drug screen
