Overview
We are committed to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients and team members. As a Receptionist/Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer support skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming environment and providing administrative support to our team.

Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area and manage office supplies.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members, ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication tasks.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
  • Stock and inventory supplies.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
  • We will train the right candidate.
  • Strong customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Proficient in calendar management and scheduling appointments.
  • candidates are highly encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clients.
  • Familiarity with clerical tasks and administrative procedures is essential.
  • Experience as a mental health receptionist is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of HIPPA strongly preferred.

Hours are Monday through Friday 9am- 6pm with a one hour lunch break.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
