We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer support skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming environment and providing administrative support to our team.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and manage office supplies.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members, ensuring efficient use of time.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication tasks.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
- Stock and inventory supplies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.

- Strong customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling appointments.

Hours are Monday through Friday 9am- 6pm with a one hour lunch break.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
