Parts and Inventory Specialist
We are a family owned and operated fire truck/ambulance dealership and repair facility located in Frederick Colorado seeking a full-time parts and inventory specialist. Our facility specializes in all aspects of fire truck and ambulance repair. As a parts representative, you will possess the knowledge to locate and purchase parts from various venders, create strong customer relationships, sell products at competitive mark-ups, and maintain accurate inventory control.

Position Qualifications:
Candidates must meet all the following minimum qualifications in order to be considered for the position:
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 3 years of Parts Sales experience
- 3 years QuickBooks experience
- Working knowledge of vehicle mechanics
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook ·
- Experience with inventory control systems
- Strong customer service relations
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
Preferred requirements:
- Prior experience in the medium/heavy-duty truck industry
Responsibilities:
- Order parts for in-house emergency apparatus repairs, crash vehicle repairs and individual customer needs
- Monitoring inventory needs and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Setup orders for daily shipment, delivery, or customer pick-up
- Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other necessary information to customers
- Responsible for order entry and order management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
