Front Range Staffing is seeking an experienced Production Operations Manager in Northeast Denver.
Pay starts between $100,000 to $125,000 , depending on experience.
An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience :
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within manufacturing, automotive, or within a large-scale production company focused on growth.
- Experience building, managing, motivating cross-functional teams of 60 to 100 employees.
- History of rapid growth within an organization and providing input on expansion.
- Organizational change management, strategic planning, resource allocation, and ensuring organization meets its operational goals.
- Experience with production planning, ordering parts, logistics, safety, quality, scheduling, payroll, delivery, workload capacity, and staffing issues.
- Experience managing company budgets, financial goals, monitoring costs, vendor negotiations, purchasing and minimizing losses.
- Make strategic decisions and provide leadership and direction for all personnel including training, mentoring, coaching, reviews and evaluations.
- Ensures proper training for new staff and ongoing training for existing personnel.
- Ensure timely coordination with management and staff regarding any delays, unusual circumstances, customer complaints, and their respective resolutions.
- Drive key departmental metrics related to safety, quality, cost, and production to ensure budget goals are met or exceeded.
- Ensures the success of all operational and maintenance metrics including delivery, productivity improvement, material inventory, and quality improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations, and hazardous material issues, maintaining a record free of citations.
- Colorado Drivers License and clean driving record.
