Front Range Staffing is hiring an Industrial Grinder with 1 years’ experience. Compensation & Hours

Pay : Starting at $17–$18 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule :

Monday–Thursday : 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 45 PM

Friday : 7 : 00 AM – 11 : 00 AM

Key Responsibilities

Grind, sand, and finish metal objects in preparation for painting.

Lift and position work pieces manually or with forklifts, securing them with clamps.

Set up and operate grinding tools to remove excess material, burrs, and to polish or hone edges.

Wash, apply Bondo, glaze, sand, and mask pieces for painting.

Assist with cleaning and setup tasks for the paint process.

Inspect finished work for quality, ensuring proper masking, welds, and paint application.

Maintain general housekeeping and cleanliness in the work area.

Job Requirements

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Capable of standing for long periods and maneuvering a 30lb grinder for extended durations.

Willingness to work overtime and wear a respirator.

Must adhere to safety protocols, including wearing safety shoes, glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.

Prepared to work in environments with exposure to contaminants and high noise levels.
