Front Range Staffing is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Store Manager who excels in staff management, OKR implementation, and sales forecasting. An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience :
- 3 years proven automotive or tire industry retail management experience.
- Oversee store operations to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule staff to meet business demands.
- Develop, implement, and monitor OKRs to align store performance with company goals.
- Evaluate progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Analyze sales trends and forecasts to guide inventory and staffing decisions.
- Prepare and present periodic performance and financial reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to boost sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage daily financial transactions, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
- Exhibit the ability to set and achieve measurable goals using OKRs or similar metrics.
- Possess strong leadership with a track record of managing, training, and motivating teams.
- Communicate effectively and showcase excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Maintain proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Colorado Drivers License with ability to be insured.
