Our Agency
Since 1990 the Front St family of companies has been a leader in mental health support services in Santa Cruz and Monterey County. We are proud to be an integral part of a system that provides housing and behavioral health services for over 300 consumers. This position will be located at 7th Avenue Center, a 99 bed secured Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) in Santa Cruz, CA. The services provided are for adults, aged 18 years and older, who come to us from throughout the State of California.
Who should apply?
We are looking for NOC shift nursing staff. New graduates of LPT and LVN programs are welcome. You should be comfortable working with individuals who suffer from severe and persistent mental illness.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass Department of Justice criminal record clearance.
- Willing and able to problem-solve and communicate well with staff and residents.
- Must demonstrate cultural competency and good reasoning skills.
- Must have an active Nursing License.
