Our core competencies include drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics/ pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and core laboratory services for clinical trials.
Roles & Responsibilities
Business Intelligence and AI Automation
- Implement and support global Frontage lab business intelligence and client service database in structured or unstructured method from historic studies, market trend and client inquiries, contracts, SOW, project management etc.
- Implement an AI strategy using the state of art technology to automate client inquiry response and follow up to manage complete sale cycle from inquiry, interest, leads, opportunities, quote, win/lose, sales contract to final project delivery and management.
- Automate the tracking of email correspondence and document meeting/visit log
- Leverage AI technology to forecast sales, revenue and profit
- Develop AI tools to automate QC/QA checking at the study level to automate and improve study quality and mitigate the risks.
- Leverage AI technology to enable project management tools for optimal study scheduling, lab and instrument allocation and optimization, resource management to improve productivities and profitablities.
- Collaborate with Tigermed in the global strategy of AI and digitization initiatives
- Collaborate with business leader, scientist, quality control and quality assurance expert to identify business needs and solve the business problems using AI technology
- Collaborate with global IT team to advocate the application of AI technology in Frontage lab and improve IT security and risk management.

Work Experience Requirements
This is a junior position requiring college graduate education in business intelligence, AI technology and computer programming skills. Familiar with state-of-the-art large language model such as ChatGPT and Copilot.
Familiar with common business management tools such as NetSuite, Salesforce, CRM, MS office 365 and SharePoint, SQL database etc.
Bilingual: English and Chinese is required.
Educational Requirements
Master’s degree in relevant discipline
