You will be working closely with the Studio Director and the Design Director to develop creative and innovative design concepts that aim to push the boundaries of contemporary landscape architecture.

You will be working closely with the Studio Director and the Design Director to develop creative and innovative design concepts that aim to push the boundaries of contemporary landscape architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects and project teams
- Manage project staffing and budgets
- Assisting the Studio Director with assessing future project and resource needs
- Maintain up‐to‐date and accurate project record filling
- Manage and coordinate sub‐consultants
- Manage client communication as the primary point of contact
- Lead regular project team and coordination meetings
- Overseeing staff in the technical execution of work
- Preparing presentation materials including conceptual plans, reports, diagrams, detailed design, and construction documents
- Review and ensure local building codes and requirements in the preparation of drawing packages
- Mentor team members on building materials and construction technology, materials and installation and technical detailing

Requirements:
- Degree in landscape architecture, architecture or urban design
- Minimum of 10 years professional experience (at least 7 years in landscape architecture) in developing designs for complex, high profile projects on multiple scales and typologies
- Excellent skills in Rhino (Grasshopper a plus), Lumion, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat)
- Proficiency in Revit / BIM and GIS highly desired
- Experience on projects from Concept Design to Construction Documentation
- Experience in project management and technical coordination
- Experience in working on a variety of scales and typologies varying from master planning to site specific landscapes
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
