Job Summary:
We are seeking an Industrial Web Press Mechanic to join our team on 2nd shift (3PM-11PM) at our Menomonee Falls, WI facility. This role is essential to ensuring our production operations run efficiently by maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading industrial press machinery. You will work in a fast-paced, high-speed production environment with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture production parts and implement equipment modifications.
- Monitor and maintain an adequate parts inventory.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance with accurate documentation.
- Clean, lubricate, and adjust machinery for optimal performance.
- Fabricate and repair components using cutting, welding, brazing, and machining techniques.
- Diagnose and repair industrial production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Read and interpret manufacturers' manuals for proper machine installation and operation.
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Document all maintenance and repairs performed.
- Work in a production environment that involves moving machinery, heights, and exposure to airborne particles.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability to work the assigned 2nd shift schedule (3PM-11PM).
- Industrial maintenance experience in a high-speed production environment.
- Proficiency in machine tooling, welding, pneumatics, hydraulics, and pipe installation.
- Ability to weld, braze, and cut using:
- Plasma Cutter, MIG, TIG, Stick, or Oxygen/Acetylene Torch.
- Experience using precision measuring tools (scales, micrometers, indicators).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for pneumatics and hydraulics, with the ability to read schematics.
- Experience with copper, black pipe, PVC, and groove lock piping installation.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, squat, bend, and reach.
- Occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and upgrade production parts and equipment modifications.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics for pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Previous experience with installing copper, black pipe, PVC, or groove lock piping.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, stoop, crouch, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
- Ability to work in a production environment with exposure to moving machinery, airborne particles, and loud noise levels.

Salary Range
