Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle within the logistics sector. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and offering tailored freight forwarding solutions while working closely with internal and international teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events
• Present and promote a comprehensive range of services including Ocean and Air Import/Export, Warehousing, Trucking, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage
• Achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals as defined by sales leadership
• Collaborate with CRM Specialists to enhance presence in the local market
• Coordinate with internal departments and global offices to support client operations
• Travel locally for client meetings and on-site presentations

• Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding (required)
• Prior experience in selling ocean and/or air freight services (preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as CargoWise One (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (highly preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Professional phone and email etiquette

$45,000 – $80,000 base salary annually, plus uncapped sales commission based on experience and industry background.
