Job Summary:
The role is focused on driving revenue by acquiring new clients and managing end-to-end sales processes in the logistics space. Acting as a strategic advisor, this position supports clients with customized freight forwarding services while contributing to business growth in a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client outreach.
- Deliver effective presentations of service offerings, including ocean and air freight, warehousing, trucking, insurance, and customs brokerage.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets set by the sales department.
- Coordinate with internal departments and international offices to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to strengthen client relationships.
- Leverage CRM tools to build market visibility and manage client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a freight forwarding company, focusing on ocean and/or air services (required).
- Working knowledge of CargoWise One ERP system (preferred).
- Strong understanding of the regional market and industry trends.
- High emotional intelligence and a results-driven, independent work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
