Position Summary :
The Sales Account Executive is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with assigned customers while meeting sales and revenue targets. Reporting to the local Branch Manager, the role focuses on retaining existing business, expanding market share, promoting new products and services, and developing new relationships within the territory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Retention & Growth :
Maintain customer volume, sales, and profitability by managing relationships with assigned customers.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of new opportunities to increase market share in the territory.
Proactively monitor customer satisfaction and service delivery, recommending process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of pricing, RFP responses, and bids for assigned customers.
