About the Role
We are seeking qualified Generator Service Technicians for our Generator Service & Maintenance Division. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and testing generators ranging from 5 kw to 4000 kw, while delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Responsibilities
Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and test generator systems (5 kw to 4000 kw)
Engage with customers to provide excellent service
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork
Interpret and apply technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
Requirements
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with relevant experience, particularly in diesel generators
Experience in technical fields, such as automotive, transportation, commercial / residential electric, or similar military background is a plus
Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, on-call rotations, and occasional travel or overnight stays
Ability to safely operate heavy equipment, forklifts, and mobile cranes in compliance with OSHA regulations
Certified Journeyman Electrician preferred but not requiredCompensation : $93,320.00 - $116,200.00 per year
