The Sales Manager Air Export will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing a portfolio of clients, with a focus on Air Export services. This individual will play a critical role in developing new business opportunities, increasing market share, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct research, prospecting, and qualification of new business opportunities.
- Perform customer visits to establish and strengthen relationships within the assigned geographical area.
- Achieve and exceed assigned financial budgets for volume, revenue, and profit.
- Close new business deals and facilitate the onboarding of new clients.
- Drive growth within the existing client base by identifying and pursuing upselling opportunities.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer requests related to commercial activities in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain clients credit lines within company guidelines.
- Perform weekly follow-ups with new clients after their initial shipments.
- Work with the Pricing team to develop client pricing strategies and generate competitive rate quotes.
- Deploy contract information to all relevant parties to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Adhere to client service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure all commitments are met.
- Maintain and update the companys CRM system to track activities, leads, and client information.
- Provide regular updates and monthly budget reviews to management.
