Role Overview

The Sales Team Manager is responsible for leading the sales team to meet and exceed conversion goals while optimizing the sales pipeline. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with marketing to ensure a seamless lead generation strategy and develop automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.

  • Align sales and marketing efforts to ensure seamless lead generation and conversion.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Implement customer segmentation strategies to personalize outreach and increase conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and sales efficiency.
  • Leverage sales automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Ensure accurate data tracking and reporting to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead flow and conversion predictability.
  • Optimize the conversion funnel to enhance customer journey and sales efficiency.
  • Monitor sales forecasts and provide leadership with actionable insights for revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5 years) in a sales leadership role, preferably in a tech-driven or SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with global companies in diverse cultural environments.
  • Multilingual proficiency native English speaker plus fluency in at least two additional languages (preferred).

    Flexibility to work across different time zones.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies, CRM tools, and sales automation technologies.
  • Experience in market research, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales processes that align with business goals.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and strategy teams.
