Responsibilities
Summary : In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day field support tasks in which will help our Field sales teams grow their business. This is a highly collaborative role, where you will be designated within an assigned team.
Responsibilities:
Provide answers on first line questions regarding coverage and payment issues
Prorations and listing cancellations
Provide status updates on claim status/current dispatches
Coordinate with operations and tele-sales teams to resolve escalated service issues
Consult with AMs/Regionals on concessions and resolutions
Assist with new enrollments or any changes to enrollments to facilitate quick processing
Assist with CRMs / Regional Marketing in partnership with the sales team
May assume other duties as applied.
Qualifications
Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum Experience required (number of years necessary to perform role) : 1 years of retail or customer service preferred
Required Skills:
Able to work in a team environment where we leave egos at the door and challenge the status quo
Have had experience firsthand in customer service and has worked with remote sales teams.
Can interact with stakeholders at multiple levels in the field
Are a self-starter, can be transparent and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
Like both getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks and being able to take a step back to identify opportunities for improvement
Can understand our core business, operations and effectively communicate
Are a visible and vocal role model across the wider business for Frontdoor’s House Rules
Able to influence/driving change remotely with internal and external partners
Strong phone presence and experience with handling calls; preferably in a call center environment
Time management skills; able to own and close customer and internal requests end to end
Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Belief in the value of participating in and contributing to a collaborative team environment
