  • Create and manage production incidents in collaboration with support and onboarding teams escalate issues based on customer impact
  • Work closely with product and engineering to resolve customer issues
  • Participate in critical incident response calls and servers and escalation point for customer support cases new line carefully evaluate alternate risks and solutions before taking action to provide timely resolution
  • Follow up on root cause analysis to identify the underlying problems and device strategic solutions
  • Developing and maintaining long lasting collaborative relationships with stakeholders
  • Actively respond to service request from client facing support teams, operations, risk control partners, etc
  • Plan, incident management and technical call facilitation and communications during critical outage situations

    • Minimum Experience : 10 Yrs

      • Roles & Responsibilities :

    • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
    • Write clean, scalable code using Python programming languages
    • Test and deploy applications and systems
    • Revise, update, refactor and debug code
    • Improve existing software
    • Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
    • Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support

      • Education :

    • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or a Bachelor's degree with significant work experience in technology Industry
