Job Description :

• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, lead trouble shooting analysis, perform functional configuration and manage upgrade testing
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Procurement or Supplychain consultant with 5 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.
• Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
• Ability to research, test, configure and solve client issues in a timely manner
• Ability to track and manage service request with Oracle support
• Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements and solving day to day issues.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Prior experience leading or managing projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.

• Be fully conversant on the underlying technologies and be adept at talking to a wide variety of stakeholders including developers, testers, account managers, analysts, project managers, program managers, technical consultants, functional consultants' interns, graduates etc.
• Support efforts around testing and QA, and build good practices which ensures changes have the right level of governance and production services remain un-interrupted.
• Work with software vendors and consultancies, raising support cases where necessary, define new initiatives, discussing and agreeing scope, working on commercial terms and conditions and managing third parties through delivery and execution
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Oracle file based data integration (FBDI)

The base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $145000 commensurate with experience. Frontend Arts also offers a performance-based bonus and strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Parental Leave and Flexible Time Off.

Education :

Bachelor in Computer Science preferred
