- 3-5 years of experience working as a business analyst in large scale, complex enterprise systems
- Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations
- Ability to translate DT requirements into non-technical, lay terms
- Experience in process optimization
- Understanding of KPI / Goal Settings from teams to large organizations
- Demonstrated experience in handling data sets and relational databases
- Understanding of ServiceNow integrated and process-based framework to handle IT services including : ServiceDesk, Incident, Major Incident, Field Services, Change Request, Problem Management, Catalog / Request, Field Services, Asset Management, Configuration Management, Demand and Story management, Visual Task Boards, etc.
- Understanding of ServiceNow reporting and dashboarding tools
- Understanding of Python
- Understanding of IT Operations management, and airline industry metrics
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or a Bachelor's degree with significant work experience in technology Industry
