The Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our executive team. You will be responsible for providing executive support, overseeing major projects and company-wide initiatives and managing various operational tasks.
What You'll Do :
- Executive Support :
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and communications to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage scheduling of rooms, equipment, and shared resources across offices.
- Assist staff with internal tools and technology to support efficient workflows.
- Maintain office supply inventory and manage procurement processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for staff, providing guidance and support for operational needs.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients and families, ensuring a smooth check-in / check-out experience at the Innovation Center.
- Partner closely with clinical and administrative leads to align workspace operations with organizational goals.

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual's qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. All full time employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, and responsible PTO.
