About the Role
Frontera Health is seeking a passionate and detail oriented receptionist to join our dynamic ABA practice in Santa Teresa, NM. In this role, you will provide a welcoming environment for families and clients and support our administrative team with daily front desk duties. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy variety and thrive in a fast paced customer service oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet clients and manage front desk
- Address immediate concerns from parents or guardians
- Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate team members
- Provide basic information about services, policies, and procedures
- Open mail correspondence and forward it to the appropriate staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at the front desk and lobby area
- Make copies, create documents, and perform other administrative tasks as needed
- Release medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Update clinic directory as necessary
- Ensure front desk supplies are stocked with necessary materials
- Open packages, confirm items with packing slips, and place items into clinic inventory
- Other duties as assigned
- Assist with clinic video data capture
- Assist with client intake & insurance eligibility checks
We are looking for candidates who are adaptable, professional, and eager to support both administrative and client-facing functions. This is a Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm in center position.
