About the Role :

Frontera Health is looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Product and Data Analyst who is ready to be the pioneering force behind our data science function. You'll be at the forefront of transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive product innovation and operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity for a builder who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and is passionate about leveraging data to revolutionize healthcare.

What You'll Do :

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Extract, Clean & Transform : Utilize advanced SQL skills to manipulate complex datasets from multiple sources, ensuring clean, reliable data pipelines.
  • Insight Generation : Analyze and interpret data trends, anomalies, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable strategies for product enhancements.
  • Automation & Optimization : Develop and maintain efficient SQL queries and automated reporting processes to streamline data operations.

Dashboard Development & Reporting

  • Visual Storytelling : Create and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, transforming raw data into clear, compelling visualizations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Performance Tracking : Design automated reports that monitor key performance indicators, enabling real-time decision-making and continuous product improvement.
  • Product Operations Support

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and clinical teams to understand product requirements, ensuring data solutions are aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Actionable Recommendations : Deliver data-driven insights that inform product feature development, optimize user experiences, and support strategic business decisions.
  • Quality Assurance : Oversee data collection processes, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of our data across platforms.
  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Requirements Gathering : Work with diverse teams-including IT, clinical, and external partners-to capture and translate business needs into data solutions.
  • Communication : Articulate complex data insights in a clear and compelling manner, fostering a data-informed culture across the organization.
  • The Ideal Candidate :

  • Experience & Background : 3 to 8 years of experience in a product-driven environment, with a proven track record in building reporting systems and dashboards that meet both internal and external stakeholder needs.
  • Technical Expertise :
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and advanced data analysis techniques.

  • Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, statistical concepts, and data modeling.
  • Mindset & Skills :
  • A builder who thrives in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and analytical approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of translating technical insights into strategic business recommendations.

    We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual's qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. All full time employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, and responsible PTO.

    Expected salary range in Denver

    90,000-$140,000 USD
