The Opportunity :
We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Lead Psychologist to lead the design and execution of our diagnostic strategy. This senior-level role is integral to shaping the future of our diagnostic approach, driving innovation, and delivering unparalleled care to children and families.
As a key clinical leader, you will oversee the diagnostic process, mentor clinical staff, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate our proprietary technology into evaluations and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the Diagnostic Strategy : Design and implement a forward-thinking, evidence-based approach to pediatric behavioral health diagnostics.
- Leverage Technology : Oversee the integration and use of advanced tools, including our AI-powered diagnostic platform to enhance evaluation accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct Evaluations : Perform comprehensive autism and related morbidity evaluations, setting the gold standard for assessment and reporting.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with product and technology teams to refine and optimize diagnostic tools. Work closely with families and clinical staff to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care.
- Mentor and Train Clinicians : Lead and develop a team of clinicians delivering evaluations and diagnoses through both in-person and telehealth modalities.
- Stay at the Forefront : Monitor emerging research, PSYPACT regulations, and best practices to maintain cutting-edge diagnostic methods.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards, maintaining accurate and thorough records.
