Position : Site Director
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our clinical team and oversee the clinical operations of our Las Cruces center. The Site Director will be responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical care, supporting caseload development, overseeing parent training programs, conducting performance reviews, and implementing quality assurance initiatives.
In this leadership role, the Site Director will focus on managing and mentoring the BCBA & RBT team, overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, and driving the growth of the Las Cruces region. This includes supporting hiring, training, and community outreach efforts. The Site Director will also collaborate closely with Frontera's product team to support the successful implementation of new technology across our clinics. As part of our technology-driven approach, they will oversee the effective use of our diagnostic tools, including the Diagnosis Builder, Assessment Builder, and video-based models, ensuring seamless integration into clinical workflows.
Qualifications :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a minimum of 3 years of post-certification experience.
- 2 years of experience in directly managing Clinicians (RBTS and BCBAs), including the management hiring and performance management processes.
- Passionante about developing a high performing team and ensuring the right processes and policies are in place to cultivate a culture of excellence in service.
- Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.
- A strong commitment to leadership, showing up daily to support and inspire your team.
