About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide critical support services to America's heroes, helping them access their well-deserved Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits.
- Part-time schedule: 2.5 days a week
- Flexible hours: Tuesdays (8:30 AM - 11 AM), Thursdays (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM), Fridays (8:30 AM - 3 PM)
- Case load: 3-5 Veterans per day
- Compensation: $475 per day
- Requirements:
- Completion of 2080 supervised hours
- In good standing with state licensure
- Experience with assessment is beneficial but not mandatory
Responsibilities
The role will involve conducting examinations that begin with a thorough review of the Veteran's medical history, focusing on relevant abstracts and records.
