Locum Tenens Physician Assistant (PA) – Pulmonary Department

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) for a locum tenens assignment in the Pulmonary Department at a Level 2 Trauma Facility in Lancaster, PA. This role is hospital-based and involves both scheduled inpatient hours and on-call responsibilities.
Job Details
- Practice Setting: Inpatient hospital – Pulmonary Department
- LOCUM TENENS: could go for 2 months or longer; open due to perm search
- Procedures Required:
✔ Central line placement
✔ Arterial line placement
- Schedule: Scheduled shifts plus call (details to be discussed)
- EMR System: Cerner
- Credentialing: takes about 60-120 days
- Start: as soon as credentialing is done; hopefully will be faster than expected
Requirements
✔ Board Certification Required
✔ MUST have Active PA License in Pennsylvania required at time of submission
✔ ACLS Certification Required
✔ Minimum 2 years of pulmonary/critical care experience preferred
✔ Previous inpatient hospital experience required
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $80.00 - $93.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
