Licensed Psychologist
We are seeking Psychologists who wants to make a difference in the lives of Veterans who have served our Country!
PAY RATE: Starting at $70 per hour, but flexible
SCHEDULE: 8am-4pm, with flexibility
SHIFT: Full-Time or Part-Time, Monday-Friday
STATE DATE: 4 Weeks
LOCATION: Maine: Augusta, Presque Isle, and/or Bangor
REQUIREMENTS: Qualified applicants must have a PhD or PsyD in Psychology, must have graduated from an APA-accredited Doctoral Program, and must be licensed in at least one state.
Working as a Behavioral Health Examiner, the licensed Psychologist will review medical history and provide a one-time, non-treatment compensation and pension Disability Assessment for Veterans. The Practitioner will complete exams electronically through a web-based form sent to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for disability award determinations. You will not treat or prescribe medication in this position. Although this is an in-person position, telehealth opportunities may present themselves.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
- No Weekends, No Call, No Holidays!
- Average of 3 Veterans per day
- Flexible schedule allowing exams to be completed in person and telehealth
