What You'll Do:

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with ASD in clinic, home, or school/community settings.
• Implement BCBA-designed behavior intervention plans to help children develop critical skills.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to foster learning and independence.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress to ensure effective interventions.
• Collaborate with families to reinforce therapy techniques outside of sessions.
  
  

Who You Are:

• Certified RBT with an active credential through the BACB (Required).
• Passionate about working with children and helping families.
• Strong communicator with the ability to engage with children and collaborate with a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality care.
  
  

Health & Safety Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to travel to session locations as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, sit on floors/child-sized furniture, and quickly transition between positions.
