- Provide direct ABA therapy to children with ASD in clinic, home, or school/community settings.
- Implement BCBA-designed behavior intervention plans to help children develop critical skills.
- Use positive reinforcement strategies to foster learning and independence.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress to ensure effective interventions.
- Collaborate with families to reinforce therapy techniques outside of sessions.
- Certified RBT with an active credential through the BACB (Required).
- Passionate about working with children and helping families.
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage with children and collaborate with a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality care.
- Reliable transportation to travel to session locations as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, sit on floors/child-sized furniture, and quickly transition between positions.
