    • What Will You Be Doing?

    The Sr. Manager, Digital Optimization & Performance will be responsible for driving digital performance improvements across Frontier Airlines' web and mobile platforms.

    Essential Functions

  • Lead initiatives to enhance the usability, speed, and functionality of Frontier’s website and mobile app.
  • Drive optimization projects that improve site and app performance.
  • Collaborate with product management and development teams.

    • Analytics & Insights

  • Own the management and analysis of digital performance metrics.
  • Generate actionable insights from data.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

    • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Develop and execute A / B and multivariate testing strategies.
  • Work closely with UX / UI teams.
  • Optimize landing pages and other high-traffic areas.

    • Error Analysis & Resolution

  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues affecting user experience.
  • Work closely with IT and development teams.
  • Monitor error logs and customer feedback.

    • Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, product, IT, and development teams.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors.
  • Act as the digital optimization lead.

    • Other Functions

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, IT or relevant work experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital optimization and performance management.
  • 5 years of experience managing a team.
  • Strong proficiency in digital analytics platforms.
  • Proven track record of improving website and app performance.
  • Experience managing technical troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of SEO and UX design principles.
  • Familiarity with CRO tools and methods.

    • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools.
