Position Description
Are you a college student passionate about finance and eager to gain hands-on experience across various departments? Frontier’s College Internship Program provides a unique opportunity to explore various aspects of the financial services industry through a rotational structure. Based at our Sheridan, Wyoming headquarters, this internship will provide you with exposure to key departments, including Account Management, Investment Operations, Compliance, and Sales.
This program is designed to provide a true learning experience, offering meaningful projects, professional development, and the opportunity to shadow seasoned experts in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Rotate through multiple departments to gain a broad understanding of Frontier’s business functions.
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Shadow finance industry professionals
- Contribute to special projects based on departmental needs and intern interests.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - Currently enrolled college student, preferably in the final two years of a business, finance, sales, math, or related degree program.
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in finance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
- Energetic, eager to learn, and open to exploring new ideas and challenges.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily office-based role with extended periods of sitting, standing, and computer use.
- May occasionally require lifting items up to 15 pounds.
- Other duties may be part of your responsibilities, offering a well-rounded experience.
