The Faith-Based Strategies Sales Consultant supports the firm’s efforts to expand and deepen its reach in the faith-based investment market. This position focuses on developing and managing relationships with advisors who are interested in aligning their clients’ financial goals with their faith and values. The role involves understanding and advocating for Frontier’s faith-based strategies while maintaining a consultative, service-oriented approach. Success in this position could lead to advancement opportunities, such as a Regional Director position.
Salary: 70K Depends on Experience

Responsibilities
• Actively promoting Frontier’s faith-based investment strategies to financial advisors.
• Supporting the efforts of Regional Directors in engaging advisors interested in faith-driven investment solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective advisors within the faith-based segment.
• Conducting presentations, webinars, and meetings to educate advisors on the unique value of Frontier’s faith-based offerings.
• Identifying prospective clients using internal databases, external sources, and networking opportunities.
• Managing follow-up processes after sales meetings and providing ongoing support to advisors.
• Attending faith-based conferences and industry events to network and showcase Frontier’s faith-aligned solutions.
• Maintaining accurate and updated records in Salesforce for advisors and prospects.
• Committing to continuous education, including understanding market conditions and trends specific to faith-based investing.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, or related field preferred).
• Strong understanding of faith-based investing and the ability to articulate its principles and benefits.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Demonstrated customer service orientation and consultative selling skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.
• Willingness to pursue Series 65 and/or CFP certifications.
• Familiarity with financial services industry trends, particularly within values-based and ESG investment areas.
