What Will I Do?
- Serving as the friendly face of the bank, helping customers with transactions, accounts, and financial services.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and businesses, providing personalized banking solutions.
- Be an ambassador for Frontier Bank, engaging with the community and representing our mission at local events.
- Educate customers about our products and services to ensure they have the best financial tools available.
- Work in a team-oriented, supportive environment where your contributions make a difference.
About You
- Strong foundational knowledge in basic math and financial services
- Experience in banking, loan origination, and loan processing preferred but not required
- Proficiency with financial software and 10-key typing
- Previous experience as a loan officer is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
