What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Frontier Behavioral Health: Pediatric Therapy?
Frontier's pediatric therapy department is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! Looking for creative individuals who are passionate about expanding quality ABA services for families and children in our area!
The BCBA will:
- Conduct initial and recurring assessments to guide treatment development
- Develop, train, and monitor treatment protocols and progress toward goals for each child on caseload
- Conduct parent/caregiver/staff trainings to promote the use of positive behavioral strategies in the home, school, or community
- Train and supervise behavior technicians/RBTs
- Work collaboratively with professionals from other disciplines as part of a treatment team (specifically Speech and OT) to maximize treatment benefits for clients
- Additional duties related to professional goals and development
Work Remotely
- Onsite required with some remote availability
Required Education/Licensure:
- Master's Degree
- Active BACB Certification and current Kentucky state licensure
- Bachelor's Degree/BCaBA positions also available
Experience:
- Pediatric experience preferred
