We offer sound Biblical teaching, great hospitality, and a range of recreational activities, including wakeboarding, horseback riding, waterskiing, and more. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site ministerial position located in Grapeland, TX for a Food Service Director. The Food Service Director (FSD) must agree with Frontier Camp's beliefs (https://www.frontiercamp.org/our-beliefs) and be willing to abide by our Christian Community Policy. The FSD will be responsible for overseeing all food service operations including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role involves managing food and beverage inventories, budgeting, and P&L management. The Food Service Director will also supervise kitchen staff, coordinate with other departments for event planning, and maintain high standards of customer service.

- Experience in Food Service and Food Preparation
- Skills in P&L Management and Budgeting
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage management
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications in food safety and management are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred
