Our Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and operation of a full service branch, including loans, product sales, member service, security and safety. Retains and develops new account and loan business; promotes all products and services of the credit union; provides a superior level of member relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation. Provides leadership, training and supervision. Participation in community events to increase the credit union's visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities through marketing strategies.
Hours of Operation - Will work a full 40 hour shift
- Monday - Friday: 7:30 am-6:00 pm, Saturday: 8:45 am - 1:00 pm
Other Branch Manager Duties Include:
- Adheres to the credit union's policy of confidentiality, security, professional conduct and dress.
- Maintains a cohesive, highly trained and motivated staff, sufficient to meet the daily branch demands and organizational goals.
- Maintains or exceeds annual budgeted branch operating and growth plan while maintaining or improving the financial stability of the branch.
- Effectively evaluate the effciency of the branch and develops specific recommendations for improvements to personnel, facilities, products, pricing, policies and processes.
- Prepares required daily, weekly and montly reports; audits direct reports paperwork and scanning.
- Leads by example, organized and detailed oriented.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Minimum 3-5 years related experience (manager experience, and customer service).
- A two or four year degree in a relateable field.
- Intermediate computer skills including: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), and the ability to learn and navigate multiple technology platforms while interacting with members.
