The Marketing Manager is a key Marketing team member who helps us tell the Frontier Direct Care story. You'll be responsible for developing B2B (and some B2B2C) messaging and designs, executing campaigns, materials and resources, and reporting on our outcomes. You’ll successfully work with various platforms and tools, including, HubSpot, Canva, LinkedIn, Facebook and more. You'll partner with internal stakeholders, and will contribute to initiatives that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences and support business growth.

You're a doer with a creative mind to help us tell the brand’s story. You're highly organized, detail-oriented and thrive in a collaborative environment. You'll manage numerous projects and tasks while maintaining high-quality output.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and maintain consistent content / messaging to support collateral, advertising, website, email, social, blog, event and public relations activities.
  • Develop visually compelling collateral (flyers, brochures and case studies).
  • Create, send and track email campaigns using HubSpot.
  • Coordinate activities and support plans for in-person and web-based events.
  • Help manage and support the company website and digital assets.
  • Manage multiple social networks and improve overall social media presence.
  • Ensure all messaging, designs and outputs are aligned with the brand's visual identity and messaging guidelines.
  • Manage Marketing assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and updated for internal and external use.
  • Help enable sales with the development of custom campaigns and resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute innovative campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Stay informed on Marketing trends, incorporating relevant concepts to enhance brand aesthetics.
  • Be a primary advocate for the brand.

Requirements : Sound Like You?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on marketing experience in B2B, B2C, and / or B2B2C environments.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience using HubSpot.
  • Healthcare industry experience, preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling content, including blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging and respond promptly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining strategic focus.
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative.
