WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead practice professionals in delivering exceptionally thorough medical care to Frontier members through a proven process
- Provide direct oversight and training for advanced practice providers and medical support staff
- Support and manage a patient panel in collaboration with the Lead PCP
- Act as a resource to the team while reviewing a percentage of patient charts.
- Hire and retain outstanding talent who embody the core values of Frontier Direct Care
- Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and Frontier Leadership team to hone business processes and help create a thriving medical practice
- Assist the Direct Care team in resolving complex medical problems
- Manage area location budgets, inventories, issues, and needs and report directly to the Chief Medical Officer
- Maintain a culture of open communication and idea-creation by leading weekly team meetings with your lead practice staff
- Ensure that compliance and safety standards are maintained
- Implement and supervise practice improvement and provide quarterly feedback to lead PCPs
